From version 20 on, Spinataque works only on devices with Windows 10 or higher.

The software is not optimized to work on Tablets, Cell Phones, Smart Phones, or any other type of device that have screens smaller than 14" inches or with a resolution of less than 1024 x 768 pixels.

Lifetime licenses and updates.

Lifetime licenses as of September 1, 2022, will no longer be sold. Those who have lifetime licenses that were purchased before this date will not lose their rights.
It is understood that a perpetual license refers to the right to use a specific version for an indefinite time or according to rules established by the company responsible for the Spinataque software. Thus, versions later than a previous one may not be linked to a perpetual contract.

The updates refer to improvements made to a version and these, depending on the Payment Plan, may or may not be free and/or for life.

Support and updates for a release can cease at any time or at a time determined by the company. For example, the versions below version 20 of Spinataque, will end in 2023. Until that time, users who wish to migrate to more up-to-date versions of the system can do so in order to preserve the right to use, the support, and to receive free updates as provided in a lifetime contract or according to the Payment Plan they have chosen. This may or may not cost anything, everything will depend on the moment or by rules defined by the company.

The user should be aware that a lifetime license refers to a specific version and guarantees the right to use the Spinataque software for the contracted version and that at any time this right can be revoked and will not give the user the right to questions, requests for further explanations or any type of reimbursement on values.
At the end of a lifetime license the user can choose to migrate to the current version and will be subject to new rules.
